Woody King is a Director in the Lee & Associates New York office. He specializes in commercial real estate leasing and investment brokerage.
Woody King joined Lee & Associates in 2018. Prior to Lee, he worked as a managing associate at Mohr Partners where he developed executive level relationships with companies to fulfill corporate real estate and portfolio management services.
Before joining Mohr Partners, Mr. King worked for Greystone & Co Inc. While there, his tasks included originating loans for acquisitions, refinances, and development deals, underwriting, conducting market research, orchestrating events, and maintaining transaction documents. Mr. King was also instrumental in creating the Quote App, a client-facing quote generating software.
Outside of work, Mr. King is actively involved with the Angel Compass, helping organize events to raise money for underprivileged children in the New York Area.
