Seth Rosen is a director in the New York office of Lee & Associates.
Mr. Rosen joined Lee & Associates in 2014, as a tenant representation broker and real estate advisor.
Since joining the team he has secured a New York location for California-based Expa Labs, and brokered a deal for the Institute of Integrative Nutrition on 5th Avenue.
Prior to joining Lee NYC, Mr. Rosen was a vice president of sales trading at Direct Access Partners (DAP), a financial services firm. While at DAP, Mr. Rosen executed equity transactions on behalf of hedge funds and mutual funds.
