Paul Popkin is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of Lee & Associates.
Mr. Popkin joined Lee & Associates in 2019 after heading up his own boutique firm, The Popkin Group, for over 20 years.
Mr. Popkin specializes in retail leasing, office leasing, and investment sales in Soho and downtown Manhattan. He is a hands-on broker who sees each transaction through from start to finish, working directly with clients to ensure all requirements are met. He’s responsible for numerous high-profile transactions in the area, including the 49-year master leases at 495 Broadway and 483 Broadway.
