Kyle Williams is a Director in Lee & Associates’ New York City office, specializing in Investment Sales throughout the East Coast. He joined Lee & Associates in April 2021, following almost a decade at Transwestern’s Washington, DC office, where he worked in multiple capacities as broker. There he focused on tenant and property owner representation in lease transactions, for institutional and private owners of commercial real estate. He also worked with the Investment Sales group around the DC metro area.
Prior to that, Mr. Williams was a leasing broker in Transwestern’s New York Office, where he specialized in tenant and property owner representation across all sectors. He also spent time representing office and retail tenants throughout the New York region. His most notable client was FIKA, a Swedish coffee and espresso café, which was once the fastest growing retailer in New York. Mr. Williams helped grow the business from 2 to 17 locations throughout Manhattan.
Mr. Williams started his career at Reis as a research analyst, creating market reports in New York City. He is a graduate of Trinity College, where he was a member of the Varsity Football Team for all four years. He is active with iMentor, an organization that has paired nearly 36,000 high school students with professional mentors.
Mr. Williams is licensed in New York and Washington, DC.
