Mr. Tannor comes to Lee & Associates from Cushman & Wakefield. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail leasing, investment sales, industrial warehouse leasing and office leasing.
Mr. Tannor secured the leasing for 860 Washington Street in the Meatpacking District of New York – a new 117,000 SQ FT development in the heart of the Meatpacking District. In one of his most notable deals, Mr. Tannor secured the lease between ownership and Tesla for their new global flagship location. Mr. Tannor has also represented key brands including Elie Saab, JC Penny, SoulCycle, and Primark in their 100,000 SQ FT transaction at the American Dream Project. He continues to focus his efforts on representing key landlords and tenants throughout the country.
More recently, Mr. Tannor has become extremely active in the Cannabis Industry. Not only as a broker securing locations throughout the State for both cultivation and retail dispensaries, but also as an owner of a Cannabis company that he established with three other partners. Knowing the industry inside and out helps Mr. Tannor with the expertise in the Cannabis Industry as it relates to the importance of real estate.
Mr. Tannor’s KT Group is responsible for continuing the growth of Lee NYC’s metro business. The group focuses on both tenant and landlord representation in an effort to strategically grow the platform.
