Gregg Gropper is a Senior Managing Director in the Lee & Associates New York office. He specializes in retail leasing.
Mr. Gropper joined Lee & Associates in 2018. An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Gropper focuses on representing developers and landlords and national and local retailers.
Mr. Gropper is an extremely valuable tenant representative who has completed transactions for a wide variety of retailers and has served as the exclusive New York area representative for Solstice and Café Europa. Mr. Gropper is also focused on the representation of property owners throughout the New York metropolitan area. In this capacity, Mr. Gropper has served as retail leasing agent for 200 East 79th Street, The Edison Hotel, Chelsea Market, 500 Fifth Avenue, 635 Madison Avenue, and 333 West 34th Street. Mr. Gropper has also been involved in several restaurant transactions.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Gropper was at Newmark Knight Frank Retail, and before that, he owned and operated a retail gourmet business with two locations in New York City. This has provided him with a particular knowledge of the challenges and requirements faced by retailers. He applies this expertise to meeting the real estate needs of retailers and owners he represents.
