Richard Kave joined Lee & Associates NYC (Lee NYC) in 2011 as a managing director in its retail leasing division. Mr. Kave is a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, following a successful career in the restaurant business. He began his real estate career at Garrick-Aug Associates, a commercial retail leasing firm, and later moved to Winick Realty, where he served as the director of international real estate.
