Mike Watson is a Director in Lee & Associates’ New York office. He specializes in both tenant and landlord representation.
Mr. Watson joined Lee & Associates in 2017 as a member of the KT Group, a retail leasing team within the company. He exclusively represents My Gym (Manhattan), Montres F.P. Journe, Bite Food & Coffee, Tashkent Markets, and About Coffee. Mr. Watson has successfully completed transactions on behalf of Masterworks Development, RSP Companies, as well as several family portfolio and co-op boards.
Prior to Lee, Mr. Watson spent seven years performing due diligence and negotiating oil and gas leases across the country. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia and is licensed to practice real estate in the state of New York.
