Jeffrey Lopez is a Director in the New York office of Lee & Associates. He specializes in retail leasing in the outer-boroughs and emerging markets.
Mr. Lopez joined Lee & Associates in 2017. Shortly after joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Lopez placed Mekelburg’s and Roberta’s as anchor tenants at Two Tree’s award winning Domino Sugar Factory Development. He continues to represent Roberta’s as they expand both locally and nationally. Additional Williamsburg highlights include the representation of VanMoof in their flagship deal at 324 Wythe Avenue, as well as a 30-year NNN deal on behalf of a partnership of several well-known restaurant industry leaders. Mr Lopez was also on the leasing team responsible for placing KITH into their 60,000sf office and studio HQ at 25 Kent Avenue.
