Brad Schwarz joined Lee & Associates NYC in 2011 as a Senior Managing Director and Principal from Sierra Real Estate, the predecessor company of Lee NYC that now operates as a sister company. He began his real estate career at Sierra in 2006.
Specializing in tenant and landlord representation in the restaurant industry, Mr. Schwarz has worked with some of the biggest and well-respected clients in the business. He has consummated deals with a gross rental value in excess of $350 million. His restauranteur and corporate clients range from large national chains to local operations.
