Alan Friedman’s career in real estate spans more than 23 years, with expertise in both landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Lee NYC, Mr. Friedman was an Executive Managing Director at ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC, where in addition to transactional brokerage, he was the leasing and managing agent for 200 Park Avenue South, a 305,000 SF office building in Union Square with more than 50 tenants.
