Jaime Schultz began her real estate career at Prudential Douglas Elliman, primarily involved in development site sales, before she gravitated to commercial real estate.
Schultz joined Lee & Associates’ New York office in January 2014 as a director in the retail leasing division.
Prior to joining Lee NYC, she was a leasing broker with GFI, where she was instrumental in building its retail group. While at GFI, she completed the leasing of 20,000 s/f in the Finger Building in Williamsburg and closed deals with both The NoMad Hotel and Ace Hotel.
Schultz is highly respected by her clients and fellow brokers alike as a true expert in the Brooklyn market.
