Ceros, a software development company that helps users create animated content online, is doubling its offices at 40 West 25th Street in Chelsea.
The firm has signed a seven-year, 11,000-square-foot sublease for the entire fifth floor of the building, bringing its total footprint in the 12-story property to 22,000 square feet.
Lee & Associates NYC’s Dennis Someck and Justin Myers represented Ceros. CBRE’s Dan Wilpon and Sinclair Li represented the sublandlord, Wasserman Media Group, in the transaction.
